Reillys Apartment
Known to locals as "Reillys", this two bedroom apartment has had a full revamp in 2022.
The original house stood just in front of where Reillys now stands and was demolished in the 1970's and replaced with a Rohfab.
Rohfab's were "ahead of their" time as modular houses and were designed and were the brainchild of John Rohan and built by the Rohfab Group in the quarry just behind the farm. Rohfabs were easily recognisable by their unique block style.
Reillys
The Reilly family have been associated with the farm since the early 1900's as far as we can trace. Nicholas originally lived on the other side of the farm in "the yard over" before moving to the main yard where he worked as yard manager for all his working life. Nicholas and Edith raised their three boys in the yard, living first in the original farmhouse and then in the Rohfab.
Reillys Apartment
The Rohfab has been completely updated in summer 2022 and now plays hosts to visitors to East Cork providing them with short term self catering accommodation with all modern conveniences:
Reillys can sleep upto 4 people, in two twin bedrooms.
Bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with 2 ring hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
Reillys has high speed broadband allowing you to keep in touch with work or home.
